WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Account Coordinator is an organized, energetic, and detail-obsessed team player who keeps experiential programs running with precision and heart. As the operational backbone of the Account team, you support Account Managers and Account Directors across every phase of a project, from early planning through post-event closeout. You collaborate most closely with Account Managers, Account Directors, Creative, Production, Strategy, and Operations to build meaningful client relationships and execute flawless activations. This role is a launchpad for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, takes pride in delivering polished client-facing work, and brings a proactive, can-do spirit to every challenge.

 

YOU SHOULD HAVE

Experience & Knowledge

  • 2+ years of experience in account coordination, project coordination, or client services within an experiential marketing, event production, or integrated marketing agency (internships and adjacent experience considered for exceptional candidates).

  • Knowledge of consumer brand categories such as gaming, entertainment, technology, or automotive is a plus.

  • Genuine passion for live events, brand experiences, and storytelling through experiential activations.

Technical Fluency

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (including Google Slides and Spreadsheets) and project management tools such as Asana.

  • Working knowledge of multiple video conferencing platforms including Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.

 

Mindset & Collaboration

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail, catching typos, inconsistencies, and missing action items.

  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, even when priorities shift quickly.

  • Comfort working collaboratively in a remote environment while staying deeply connected to your teams.

  • Passion for curating a productive and fun project work culture.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time for activations and client events.

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Client & Team Operations

  • Support Account Managers and Account Directors in day-to-day client communications, ensuring timely and accurate follow-through on all deliverables and action items.

  • Coordinate internal and client-facing kickoff meetings, status calls, and working sessions.

  • Prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and distribute clear recaps and next steps within 24 hours.

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, internal teams across Creative, Production, Strategy, and Operations, and agency partners, representing MAS with professionalism and enthusiasm at every touchpoint.

  • Bring a proactive, solutions-first mindset and contribute to a culture of bold creativity, relentless execution, and genuine care for the work and each other.

Project & Financial Tracking

  • Assist in the development, review, and formatting of client-facing proposals, presentations, program recaps, and POV documents, ensuring all materials reflect MAS standards.

  • Maintain and update project timelines, status trackers, and budget trackers across multiple programs, proactively flagging potential risks or delays to senior team members.

  • Enter and maintain accurate opportunity and project data within Salesforce to keep the CRM current and actionable.

  • Support the development of Statements of Work (SOWs) and assist in tracking contracts, purchase orders, and invoices through the accounts receivable process.

Event & Production Support

  • Research and compile competitive insights, venue options, and industry trends to support strategic recommendations and form a comprehensive understanding of clients’ business challenges.

  • Assist in identifying event requirements across event management, registration systems, event technology, production, and creative services.

  • Support on-site event execution and activations as needed, which may include travel, extended hours, and hands-on, real-time problem-solving.

HOW WE’LL TAKE CARE OF YOU

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting hourly rate for this role is between $35 - $60. Our hourly ranges are based on third-party national average market compensation analysis. The actual rate is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The hourly range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
